How to make a still-life cityscape and finish the effect with lighting and focus stacking

It is relatively easy to understand and easy to follow.

The point is to create a surreal world from screws, nails, and bolts, or anything really that you can use.

You are going to shoot from close proximity, so you will need to use the technique called focus stacking (as nicely explained in the original post). You will need a tripod to be successful with it, as you take an image of the closest point in the scene, moving your way and shifting the focus forward to record several multiple exposures.

I tried it and here is the end result.

Not perfect, but at least I went through all of the steps. Next time I hope I will improve. At least it was great fun to do it.
